Continuum Company has released the first renderings for Continuum 12000 Sport & Wellness Residences, a newly launched waterfront development located at 12000 North Bayshore Drive in North Miami. The 20-story building will feature 262 residences designed to seamlessly integrate wellness into everyday life.

With interiors designed by Paul Duesing Design Partners, the project translates a calm, waterfront lifestyle into a residential environment focused on light, natural materials, and indoor-outdoor living. The visuals reveal spa-inspired primary bathrooms equipped with private saunas, alongside kitchens that showcase travertine finishes, quartzite surfaces, and custom European cabinetry.

“Wellness is often treated as a single amenity, like a gym or spa. At 12000, we had a very specific vision to integrate wellness into everyday life," said Allie Eichner, President of Continuum Florida. "The Mermaid Club was designed so residents can take advantage of the sport culture of Miami life with golf, pickleball, basketball, and more importantly the healing benefits of living and interacting with the water, whether that’s yoga on the bay, paddleboarding, or swimming in a saltwater pool. Living in Miami, I’ve experienced how powerful it is to be on the water, and the vision was to create a place where Biscayne Bay becomes part of your everyday wellness routine.”

The development is anchored by The Mermaid Club, a 150,000-square-foot waterfront sport and wellness destination. This expansive facility connects residents directly to Biscayne Bay, offering floating pools, watersports access, and overwater yoga spaces. Additional property amenities include a golf putting green, a sports lounge, and a spa plunge.
