Feeding South Florida® – the leading hunger-relief organization serving Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties – is hosting two Women’s History Month luncheons this Spring in Palm Beach and Miami-Dade Counties, aiming to celebrate the contributions of women and promote solidarity among them.
Guests are invited to celebrate the power of women coming together to inspire, educate, and empower future generations. This special event includes lunch and a dynamic panel discussion featuring incredible South Florida women leaders sharing their insights and experiences around this year’s theme, “Leading the Change.”
Palm Beach County | Thursday, March 5, from 12 to 1:30 p.m. Panelists include Maria Pumarejo, vice president of development at Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast; Alexcia Cox, state attorney for the 15th Judicial Circuit of Palm Beach County; Michele Caba, director of economic development for the City of Deerfield Beach; and Lori Friedman, founder of The Love Policy.

Feeding South Florida is experiencing an unprecedented increase in providing nutritious food to over 1.2 million individuals due to inflation, the strained supply chain, rising fuel prices and increased housing costs, among other factors.
