At Miami’s Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, discovery comes in many forms. This summer, while visitors explore the museum’s newest exhibition, AI: More Than Human, the onsite café, Food@Science, has launched a menu refresh that offers a flavorful complement for aspiring scientists.
Operated by Constellation Culinary Group, Food@Science is known for offering far more than standard museum fare. With a culinary approach rooted in sustainability, seasonality and balance, the café’s latest menu additions combine vibrant ingredients with approachable creativity, ideal for fueling up during a day of science discovery or enjoying a relaxed bite overlooking the scenic Maurice A. Ferrer Park.
Meet the New Menu
The new lineup introduces four standout items, perfect for summer visitors looking to treat their tastebuds. From light and bright to savory and soulful, each dish reflects a thoughtful balance of flavor, texture and global influence.
Leading the lineup, the Blueberry Grove Salad is a fresh, colorful medley of mixed greens, juicy tomatoes, croutons, pickled red onions, mozzarella, quinoa, blueberries and mango vinaigrette. In the Truffle Garden Salad, baby kale provides the base for sautéed mushrooms, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, and crispy shallots, all tied together with white cheese and a black truffle balsamic vinaigrette. A warm baguette on the side rounds out the dish, making it satisfying enough for a stand-alone meal.

The Zen Noodle Bowl delivers comfort and complexity in every bite. Yaki soba noodles are tossed with a colorful array of red cabbage, wakame, edamame, mushrooms, carrots, scallions, and sliced jalapeños, topped with a perfectly poached egg and finished with a creamy sesame dressing and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Rounding out the new offerings is the Corn Bread with truffle honey, a simple yet indulgent side where golden, buttery cornbread is elevated by the sweet, Earthy drizzle of truffle-infused honey - the ideal small bite or pairing to any of the café’s main dishes.
Bites and Bytes
The debut of the new menu items coincides with the highly anticipated arrival of AI: More Than Human, an interactive special exhibition that explores the past, present and future of artificial intelligence. On view through September 1, 2025, the internationally curated exhibition invites guests to immerse themselves in the complex world of machines that think, learn and evolve through interactive installations, hands-on experiences and thought-provoking questions about technology’s role.
As visitors navigate cutting-edge concepts, Food@Science provides a pause to recharge and reflect. The cafe’s balance of comfort and creativity mirrors the museum’s broader mission to spark wonder, ignite conversations and invite exploration in every form.
