Families will trade neckties for nature this Father’s Day as Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden transforms into a vibrant playground of hands-on activities, games, and tropical beauty on Sunday, June 15, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Set across 83 acres of lush, world-renowned landscapes, Fairchild’s annual Father’s Day celebration invites families to bond over interactive maker stations where children and dads can craft birdhouses, build bug hotels, and race pinewood derby cars.
In between creative projects, families can enjoy classic lawn games like tug of war, three-legged races, and watermelon eating contests. The excitement continues with a family-friendly Bubble Dance Party and a Hole-In-One golf challenge featuring a $5,000 grand prize.
"This event is about creating shared experiences in one of South Florida’s most stunning natural settings,” said event organizers. “It’s a chance for families to unplug, get creative, and make memories together."
