Faena Art Announces Miami Art Week 2026 Installations
Faena Art has announced its programming for Miami Art Week 2026, featuring site-specific commissions by Christopher Joshua Benton, Marinella Senatore, and Kevin Arrow. The installations will be on view to the public from December 1 through December 6, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Faena Beach and Cathedral Commissions
Christopher Joshua Benton will present A Lore Supreme on Faena Beach. The installation features a 27-foot-tall mirrored sphere consisting of over 7,000 mirrored facets. Reimagining the classic disco ball, the sculpture celebrates Miami's cultural and musical heritage while serving as an interactive gathering space for visitors.
Inside the Faena Cathedral, Marinella Senatore will exhibit An Expanded Baroque Crown. The immersive installation is designed to illuminate the space and draws inspiration from the traditional public celebrations of Southern Italy.
Casa Faena
In addition to the main commissions, Faena Art will present Kevin Arrow’s The Magic Is You! at Casa Faena. This installation is part of the City of Miami Beach’s annual No Vacancy program.
