Explora Journeys has announced the launch of In Balance: A Jannik Sinner Ocean Wellness Programme, a new bespoke wellbeing experience developed in collaboration with the Grand Slam champion and Global Brand Ambassador. The program will debut on EXPLORA I on April 24 and EXPLORA II on May 18, 2026.

The partnership reaches a new milestone during the EXPLORA III Mediterranean Prelude Journey, a special five-night sailing from Genoa to Civitavecchia (Rome) from July 24–29, 2026. Jannik Sinner will be aboard from July 24–25, participating in intimate Q&A sessions, a charity gala dinner, and select coaching and wellness sessions led by his professional performance team.

The Four Pillars of "In Balance" Rooted in the brand’s Ocean Wellness philosophy, the program translates elite athletic discipline into four foundational pillars for guests:

  • Train: One-to-one workout sessions focusing on precision, control, and balanced performance.

  • Re-centre: Guided breathwork practices designed to support mental clarity and nervous system regulation.

  • Restore: Restorative treatments combining muscle-release techniques with therapeutic touch to enhance mobility.

  • Renew: A revitalizing wellness circuit in the thermal area of the spa, utilizing alternating hot and cold therapies to stimulate circulation.

"Jannik embodies the composure and meticulous focus that define our vision for ocean travel," said Anna Nash, President of Explora Journeys. "This partnership is about providing the expertise for our guests to find clarity, balance, and peace of mind at sea."

Following the Prelude Journey, EXPLORA III will arrive in Barcelona on August 1 for its official Naming Ceremony, before embarking on its Maiden Journey to Lisbon on August 3. The inaugural season will include stops across Western Europe, the United Kingdom, Iceland, and Greenland.
