Experience Byblos’ Afternoon Tea Cocktails

Eastern Mediterranean-inspired Miami restaurant re-imagines the concept of afternoon tea service, serving spiked tea cocktails! A whimsical interpretation of the traditional tea service enjoyed throughout the Eastern Mediterranean, Byblos’ Habibi Marguerite spiked tea (a spiked strawberry tea made from Avión Reposado) marries exotic spices, teas and only the freshest ingredients.

Tasting Notes: “The Habibi is about passion. Tequila is fire. The trick is to make the fire enticing. The cold smoke is the visceral, visual expression of the tequila. The strawberry elements, the cilantro, the clinking glass, the spiced almonds cool the fire so that is warm and enticing. The beauty of The Habibi is that, like passion, it is meant to be shared.” – Melissa Reigle, Beverage Manager at Byblos Miami

Other spiked teas include: Edgeware Road made with Plymouth gin + Jojo’s black tea + fresh lemon juice, Seven Celestials made with Bulleit bourbon + Jojo’s black tea + cold pressed ginger + fresh peach juice and The Gypsy Queen’s High Tea made with Belvedere vodka + benedictine + Jojo’s hibiscus-rose tea + guava juice + angostura bitters.

Price: Serves two or four $35 / $70
