Ennismore Outlines 2026 Global Openings as Hotel Portfolio Surpasses 200 Properties

Ennismore has announced its 2026 global opening schedule, revealing plans to open more than 35 hotels and over 20 food and beverage venues as the company surpasses the 200-hotel milestone, more than doubling its portfolio in four years.

Delane London Lobby

The fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality group said the upcoming year marks a major phase of expansion across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, with several brand debuts and market entries.

Delano Miami Beach

In the Americas, the reopening of Delano Miami Beach is set for early 2026, marking the return of one of the city’s most recognizable hospitality names. The reimagined hotel will feature 171 guestrooms and suites, poolside bungalows, penthouses, wellness offerings, retail, and four dining and bar concepts curated by Ennismore’s Paris Society platform, including the return of the Rose Bar.

Rixos Phu Quoc Lobby Lounge

Mexico City will welcome two Ennismore brands for the first time with the openings of Hyde Mexico City Reforma and Mama Shelter Mexico City. Hyde will open along Paseo de la Reforma with 106 rooms, a Japanese restaurant, and nightlife-driven amenities, while Mama Shelter will debut in Roma Norte with 100 rooms, a rooftop bar, courtyard spaces, and event areas. In the Caribbean, Rixos Cancún will introduce the all-inclusive brand to the Americas with a 345-room resort.

Rixos Magawish Bay View

Across Asia-Pacific, Ennismore will expand Hyde with new hotels in Bali and Perth, while Rixos Phu Quoc will become the brand’s first Asian resort, opening in Vietnam with more than 1,700 rooms. Mondrian Maldives is also scheduled to open in late 2026 on a private island in the Noonu Atoll.

Hyde Mexico City

Europe and Africa will see several firsts, including Luura Paros under the Morgans Originals collection, marking Ennismore’s debut in Greece, and Mama Shelter Cape Town, the brand’s first property in South Africa. Additional openings include Mama Shelter Lake Como, Delano London, and Rixos Premium Magawish Bay View in Egypt.

Rixos Murjana Lobby

In the Middle East and India, Ennismore plans major developments including Rixos Murjana in Saudi Arabia, the brand’s largest all-inclusive resort to date, Roswyn Mumbai under Morgans Originals, and SLS The Red Sea on Shura Island. New properties are also planned in Oman and Jeddah.

Mondrian Maldives

Paris Society, Ennismore’s food and beverage platform, will expand internationally with restaurants such as Mimi Kakushi, Gigi Rigolatto, Il Bambini Club, and Maison Revka, with multiple openings planned in Miami and other global cities in 2026.
