One can’t help but feel instantly at ease when entering the pool-side and ocean-view elevated dining terrace. The al fresco dining experience utilizes only the freshest local ingredients and merges Spanish, Caribbean and South American flavors for the perfect dishes. A few of the must-try brunch items include the Eggs Benedict served with Country Ham and a Citrus-Chili Hollandaise on a White Corn Arepa ($24) or on the sweeter side the Coconut Pancakes with fresh Grapefruit and Lavender Maple Syrup ($20).
