Bobby Brennan, the founder of Kamado Joe, has launched a new outdoor cooking brand called Emberhaus. The company's debut product is the Fire Oven, a charcoal oven designed for residential outdoor spaces.

Handcrafted in Athens, Georgia, the Fire Oven uses technology inspired by commercial kitchens. The appliance is built from marine-grade 316 stainless steel to prevent rust. It also features Emberflow air controls and commercial-grade insulation to maintain steady heat.

Brennan created Emberhaus to address a gap in the market for outdoor cooking products that combine professional performance with high-end design. The Fire Oven allows users to grill, roast, smoke, or bake within a single unit. It is available in customizable, fire-tested finishes to match luxury outdoor kitchens.

"Fire is the original gathering point, and cooking with it connects us not only to each other, but to something timeless," Brennan stated. "At Emberhaus, we built the ultimate outdoor cooking product we have always wanted but could never find."

The Emberhaus Fire Oven is currently available for order with prices starting at $14,750. The company plans to expand its collection with additional open-flame products scheduled to launch in spring 2026.
