2:00 PM – The Rosé Renaissance: 20 Years of Château d’Esclans
Sacha Lichine, founder of Château d’Esclans, marks the 20th vintage of Whispering Angel, now the leading rosé and French wine in the United States. The seminar follows the wine’s rise and its influence on modern rosé culture. Guests sample rare and historic vintages, concluding with selections from the Garrus vineyards.
3:00 PM – The Barolo and Barbaresco Terroir with Pio Cesare
Members of the Pio Cesare family examine how Nebbiolo expresses itself across the Langhe through Barolo and Barbaresco. The tasting centers on the 2021 vintage, combining traditional blends and single-vineyard wines. The session concludes with Barolo Pio 2016 to highlight aging potential.
4:00 PM – Riedel Wine Glass Experience featuring RIEDEL WINEWINGS

12:00 PM – From Champagne to IWA: Richard Geoffroy’s Sake Revolution
Former Dom Pérignon chef de cave Richard Geoffroy introduces IWA, a sake produced through blending and bottle aging. The seminar includes a vertical tasting of five IWA Assemblages along with the newly released IWA Reserves, illustrating how the project connects sake and fine wine traditions.

Winemaker Andy Erickson leads a tasting across Favia’s Napa Valley sites and vintages. The session concludes with the debut of the 2023 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, with discussion centered on balance and site-driven winemaking.
4:00 PM – Explore Stag’s Leap Vineyard (S.L.V.)
A library tasting from Stag’s Leap Vineyard offers a look at the site that gained international attention during the 1976 Judgment of Paris. Guests follow the evolution of this single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon through multiple vintages.
4:00 PM to 7:00 PM – SOBEWFF® The Cookout hosted by JJ Johnson with performance by Fat Joe
This walkaround event celebrates African American culinary heritage under the direction of James Beard Award winner JJ Johnson. Dishes reflect history and tradition, followed by a live performance from Fat Joe in the Eden Roc Garden.
