In the heart of the Recoleta neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Duhau Restaurante & Vinoteca stands as one of the city’s most refined dining destinations. Located within the historic Palacio Duhau at the Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, the restaurant occupies a beautifully restored mansion that captures the city’s belle-époque spirit, with grand interiors and outdoor seating overlooking the lush Duhau Garden—a welcome escape from the city’s high-energy streets.

Led by Chef Franco Rossi, the kitchen is driven by a contemporary Argentine philosophy that emphasizes technique, seasonality, and a deep respect for product. The menu draws from Argentina’s farmland and waters, showcasing wood-grilled meats, fresh seafood, and carefully sourced vegetables prepared with restraint and clarity.

Standout dishes include ocean and river fish, Patagonian trout, and Black Hake, alongside an extensive selection of Argentine beef cuts such as Wagyu, dry-aged Black Angus New York strip, rib eye, and tenderloin. These are complemented by classic, vegetable-forward sides and generous plates designed for sharing such as milanesas and slow-roasted short ribs.

Wine is central to the experience, with a program curated by the restaurant’s sommeliers that spans Argentina’s leading wine regions and select international labels, supported by an impressive cellar. Completing the offering are the Vinoteca and Cheese Room, intimate spaces dedicated to wine and artisanal cheeses, allowing guests to explore thoughtful pairings and focused tastings that enhance the overall dining experience.
