Founded in 2022, Dorsia has rapidly expanded, seeing fivefold year-over-year growth and extending its presence from Miami and New York to Dubai and St. Tropez. The company’s model is built on a seamless, tiered membership system that guarantees top-tier members access to in-demand reservations, premium wines, and exclusive events. Some members reportedly spend up to $25,000 annually for VIP perks.
In Miami, Dorsia’s network includes some of the city’s most sought-after reservations, including MILA, Casa Neos, KYU, Cote, Boia De, and Carbone. With Miami’s reputation as a luxury dining hub, Dorsia’s presence aligns with the city’s growing demand for high-end, experience-driven hospitality.
The company’s impressive investor roster includes hospitality leaders such as David Grutman (Groot Hospitality), Simon Kim (Gracious Hospitality), Jon Neman (Sweetgreen), David & Jamie Reuben (Reuben Brothers), and Jeff Zalaznick & Mario Carbone (Major Food Group). Their backing underscores the industry’s belief in Dorsia’s potential to reshape restaurant access.

CEO Marc Lotenberg envisions Dorsia as the "future of hospitality," drawing comparisons to how Uber transformed transportation. As Miami continues to position itself as a global hotspot for fine dining and luxury experiences, Dorsia’s expansion signals a shift in how top-tier dining establishments manage reservations and clientele.
With its latest funding round, Dorsia is poised to further scale its reach, bringing its innovative model to more global dining destinations while continuing to refine Miami’s high-end restaurant scene.
