From December 1-7, Miami once again transforms into a citywide canvas during Art Week. Across Miami Beach, Brickell, Wynwood and beyond, creativity spills from galleries to rooftops, promenades and supper clubs. Here’s your curated look at the week’s must-see moments.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 20

The Goodtime Hotel, in collaboration with Queue Gallery, Supermarket Gallery and Miami Art Society, debuts borderline—a collaborative exhibition featuring 11 South Florida artists exploring the intersections of painting, photography, sculpture, and ceramics. The opening reception on Thursday, November 20, from 7–11 p.m., invites guests to “linger in the in-between” with live music, entertainment, passed bites, and complimentary drinks from The Restaurant at The Goodtime Hotel.

During Miami Art Week, The Betsy Hotel continues its legacy as a cultural hub with a weeklong lineup of free public performances at The Piano Bar, featuring acclaimed local musicians including David Attelan, Angel Perez, Leonard Reina and Brian Murphy.

Tijon Pop-Up Cart

Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., The Gates Hotel South Beach teams up with luxury perfumery Tijon for an interactive 30-minute fragrance lab, where guests can craft personalized 55 ml bottled perfumes guided by experts and take home exclusive gifts from Tijon’s Miami Collection. Miami Beach’s iconic open-air promenade becomes an outdoor gallery during Art Week 2025, showcasing 14 large-scale installations by artists such as Philippe Katerine, Gillie and Marc, Rubem Robierb and Oscar Esteban Martinez, turning Lincoln Road into a dynamic cultural experience accessible to all.

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2

Paws and Palettes at Hotel Continental | 4000 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, FL 33140

Hotel Continental and artist Danny O’Connor host Paws and Palettes on Tuesday, December 2, a free poolside art event where guests can bring pet photos for O’Connor to “re-paw-duce” during sessions from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4-9 p.m., complemented by bites and chilled cocktails from Divebar.

Starting on Tuesday, December 2 at noon, multidisciplinary artist Hira Majeed will live paint “Serenity,” a life-size Cadillac F1 car sculpture on-site on  Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club’s front porch overlooking Collins Ave. Crafted primarily from clay and resin, the sculpture bridges motorsport, design and contemporary art while reflecting the tranquility and focus that inspire both driving and creation. The installation celebrates the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club’s legacy as a Miami Beach icon and offers a moment of stillness amid the energy of Miami Art Week.

The Betsy Hotel’s Exhibitions Program, curated by owner Lesley Goldwasser, presents 38 limited-edition works by Christo and Jeanne-Claude—many photographed by Wolfgang Volz—in The Betsy Gallery. A free public opening takes place on Thursday, December 4, at 10 p.m.

Art Deco Fashion Show Pop-Up Shop
