Join us for the 2nd Annual Frost Research Showcase on March 18, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 pm, at the Hormel Innovation Stage in the Knight Center for Music Innovation. This dynamic event brings together faculty and students from across the Frost School of Music to share their innovative, groundbreaking, and meaningful research and scholarship, spanning a wide array of music disciplines.
The program opens with a keynote address—Curiosity, Collaboration, and Connection in Music Research and Creativity—presented by Drs. Christopher Bennett, Tom Collins, and Raina Murnak, offering insights into collaborative research and creative projects. The Showcase continues with a research poster session, giving attendees the opportunity to engage directly with presenters and discover the breadth of work being carried out within Frost’s vibrant community of inquiry.
Enjoy refreshments and hors d’oeuvres as you connect with fellow researchers, performers, and scholars, all converging to celebrate the discoveries that shape innovations in music. We look forward to seeing you there.
