Returning to South Florida from Aug. 1 through Sept. 30, 2025, this annual dining event highlights Greater Fort Lauderdale’s diverse and dynamic flavors, offering exclusive deals, memorable menus, and one-of-a-kind experiences that showcase the best of the local food culture.


At Catch & Cut, one of Greater Fort Lauderdale’s most distinguished dining destinations, guests are invited to indulge in a refined three-course prix-fixe luxe dinner for $75. From freshly caught seafood and artfully crafted sushi to premium USDA steaks from Allen Brothers grilled to perfection, every dish reflects the restaurant’s commitment to quality.


Celebrated Chef André Bienvenu combines innovation and tradition to craft dishes that excite the palate and highlight his culinary expertise. Each dish is meticulously crafted with passion and precision, ensuring a culinary journey that delights the senses and leaves a lasting impression.


The luxe dinner menu features a three-course prix-fixe menu for $75 per person (+ tax and gratuity) with a selection of one dish from each course, including:


Appetizer (select one):


  • Caesar Salad Stack – Shaved onions, brioche croutons and creamy asiago pepperoncino dressing

  • Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail – Catch & Cut spice, grated horseradish, and cocktail sauce

  • Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice – Spicy tuna, pearl arare and crispy fried sushi rice


Entrée (select one):


  • Center Cut Filet Mignon 6oz*

*Upgrade to an 8oz – add $8

  • Mediterranean Branzino – Roasted with artichokes, oven-dried tomatoes and olive tapenade

  • Sushi Platter – Sashimi: Tuna, Salmon and Wahoo; Nigiri: Tuna, Salmon Belly, Wahoo & Hamachi


Dessert (select one):


  • Key Lime Pie – Mango caramel and sugared lime

  • Berries & Cream – Crème Fraîche

Valet parking is available. Valet parking is available Monday through Saturday, from 5 p.m. to close, and Sunday, from noon to close.
