Discover 8 Unique Miami Destinations for Fun & Excitement

It’s no secret that Miami – and South Florida – have become one of the hottest destinations this summer. From California to New York, U.S. travelers are making their way to the Magic City.

Now the question is, what do you do first once you touch down in MIA? From the city’s first craft production brewery to CBD milkshakes and private Omakase experiences, here’s a list of the newest and greatest establishments to check out while you’re in town.

Originally from Puerto Rico, founders Luis Brignoni and Luis “Pops” Brignoni Sr. made their passion for beer into a career by opening Wynwood Brewing Co. in 2013 - choosing Wynwood as the location for their taproom for its history as “Little San Juan” and its vibrant artistic community. Drawing inspiration from family, their culture, and Miami’s thriving international art scene, the father-son duo created a year-round portfolio of beers - including flagship La Rubia, a crisp and flavorful ale made for the Magic City’s hot weather; Laces IPA; Father Francisco; and Pop’s Porter. Since their debut as the city’s first craft production brewery, their most popular beer La Rubia has even been named The Miami Heat’s official craft beer making this a necessary stop when visiting Wynwood.

This summer, they've introduced a Sunday Groovy Brunch (the fried burrata is a must-try and super 'Instagrammable'), special Summer raw-bar pop-up menu (from refreshing oysters and Florida shrimp to cooling carpaccio and Crudo), daily Aperitivo Happy Hour (think Negroni's on draft), and $15 pasta nights on Mondays (regularly priced $27), all geared towards Miami locals.
