The Delano hotel in Miami Beach is scheduled to officially reopen its doors on March 9, 2026. Located in the heart of South Beach, the heritage property has undergone a comprehensive reimagining intended to honor the artistic and cultural atmosphere of the city.
The design maintains its signature Art Deco roots through the preservation of historical features. Key elements such as the terrazzo floors, white columns, sweeping white curtains, and the iconic Delano Pool remain central to the guest experience.
The resort features 171 guestrooms and suites, which include Poolside Bungalow Suites and Penthouse Suites. These accommodations feature bespoke furnishings, oversized windows, and terraces offering views of the Miami skyline or the Atlantic Ocean.
The reopened Delano Miami Beach will introduce a state-of-the-art wellness studio and a holistic social spa offering curated treatments. Furthermore, the property will launch four distinct food and beverage concepts. This will include a recreation of the legendary Rose Bar, a space historically known for attracting celebrities and local society figures, as well as an innovative new members club.
