Dadeland Mall continues to expand its retail mix with the addition of eight new lifestyle, beauty, and dining tenants. The Miami shopping center is introducing several brands to the South Florida market alongside a pipeline of globally recognized concepts opening through the remainder of the year.

Among the newest fashion additions is British lifestyle brand Kurt Geiger, which opened its doors in May 2026 near Macy’s Fashion. Known for its London-inspired shoe and accessory designs, the brand features rich colors, expressive prints, and signature tactile textures. Joining Kurt Geiger is independent fashion label Garage, which opened in April near Princess Polly, and trendy apparel retailer Windsor, located in the East Mall.

Looking ahead, luxury fragrance house Parfums de Marly is scheduled to open its first boutique in Florida in July 2026. The space, located across from Ferragamo in the Fashion Wing, blends contemporary design with heritage elements inspired by the Château de Marly.

Upcoming openings also include premium apparel brand Massimo Dutti and jewelry label Gorjana.

The mall's dining scene has also grown with the recent addition of Jrk!, a fast-casual Jamaican eatery serving customizable bowls and Caribbean classics in the Dining Pavilion, and Niko Niko Boba, which serves handcrafted boba and matcha drinks near Macy’s Home & Children.

Spanning more than 1.4 million square feet, the premier shopping venue is anchored by major department stores, a dedicated dining wing, and over 180 retail concepts.

Shoppers can check current operating hours and locate specific storefronts directly via the Dadeland Mall directory.
