CREW Miami opened 2026 with its Annual Economic Forecast Breakfast. The event drew a full house on January 21 at the Hotel Colonnade in Coral Gables. Saif Ishoof, founder of Lab22c and host of The Saif Effect, served as the keynote speaker.
During the presentation, Ishoof outlined the economic supercycle shaping South Florida. He reinforced the region's rise as a national hub for development, capital investment, and commercial real estate. Drawing on his experience as the former Senior Advisor for Innovation and Technology to the City of Miami, Ishoof discussed the macro trends and emerging sectors driving the local economy.
The breakfast serves as the first major program of the year for CREW Miami. The organization brings together professionals from real estate, finance, and business to share industry knowledge and network.
