Cosmo Contour Opens as the First Infrared Sculpting Studio in the U.S.

Cosmo Contour is now open, introducing a new workout and wellness concept to Miami centered on infrared technology and metabolic training. Billed as the first infrared sculpting studio in the United States, the space combines treadmills, exercise bikes, and body rollers with heat-based therapy designed to support detoxification, lymphatic drainage, skin tightening, and muscle toning.
The studio’s infrared-powered VacuTherm system elevates body temperature during workouts, intensifying calorie burn and accelerating fat loss. Guests can choose between enclosed capsule treadmills—designed to simulate walking inside an infrared sauna—or open treadmill stations equipped with infrared light panels. Enclosed recumbent bikes offer a low-impact alternative.
Each 30-minute workout session is followed by infrared lymphatic body rolling, a recovery-focused treatment that enhances circulation, supports toxin removal, and promotes deep skin stimulation.
Cosmo Contour sessions include full access to the amenities at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, including the private beach and pool, the thermal spa suite with steam rooms and saunas, and complimentary valet parking.
In addition to fitness sessions, the studio offers customized face and body contouring treatments focused on skin tightening and cellulite reduction. Single infrared sessions are priced at $100 and include spa access and valet service, positioning Cosmo Contour as a combined workout, recovery, and wellness experience.
