The popular Cooking with The Galleria special event returns on Saturday, November 15, at 1 p.m., to benefit FLITE Center. Led by Seasons 52 Chef Kimberly Appolon, attendees will learn to prepare seasonal favorites, enjoy wine pairings from Caymus Vineyards, and support FLITE Center’s mission to help young adults turning 18 and aging out of foster care successfully transition into adulthood.

Foodies are invited to participate in a live cooking demonstration and wine pairing for thanksgiving menu ideas.
“We’re excited, once again, to offer this signature event which showcases some of the delicious food available at Seasons 52,” said Melissa Milroy, marketing manager at Galleria Fort Lauderdale. “Chef Appolon’s engaging demonstration and tasting is a wonderful way to get ideas for your own special holiday meals while also supporting FLITE Center.”
During this event, Chef Appolon will guide guests on a culinary journey through a three-course menu featuring slow roasted meatballs, shrimp & grits with sweet potato mash skillet, and a seasonal pumpkin pie mini-indulgence. Each course will be perfectly paired with wines from Caymus Vineyards, including Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc, Sea Sun Pinot Noir, and Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon.
Proceeds from this event will benefit FLITE Center, helping young adults who are transitioning from foster care and other systems of care to lead independent, successful lives.

Each course at the Cooking with The Galleria event will be paired with select wines from Caymus Vineyards to create a perfect culinary and wine experience.
Tickets are $25 per person, with limited seating available. Registration is required, and attendees can secure their spot by visiting https://bit.ly/galleriacooking25.
