As part of the launch, buyers at La Baia North—a boutique bayfront condominium in Bay Harbor Islands that is already 70% sold and slated for completion in 2027—will receive a Jet Linx membership and a $100,000 private flight credit at closing if they purchase before December 31. The project features 57 residences, private boat slips, and 20,000 square feet of resort-style amenities, including a rooftop splash pad and dockside water sports launch.

The membership provides access to Jet Linx’s nationwide fleet of more than 100 aircraft and 20+ private terminals across the U.S., along with fixed hourly rates, guaranteed availability, complimentary WiFi, and pet-friendly accommodations. Founded in Omaha in 1999, Jet Linx has grown into one of the nation’s leading personal aviation companies and operates with top-tier safety accreditations, serving over 5,000 airports worldwide.
Continuum, led by founder Ian Bruce Eichner, is also behind Continuum Club & Residences in North Bay Village, where penthouse buyers will likewise be offered Jet Linx memberships. The company has developed more than 14 million square feet across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail properties totaling over $7 billion.
The Jet Linx collaboration joins an array of luxury perks for Continuum residents, from private yacht club access and curated excursions to dedicated beach chairs at Miami’s most in-demand shores and a Dorsia Premium Membership for priority reservations at sought-after restaurants and access to cultural events worldwide.
Executives from both companies emphasized convenience, exclusivity, and service as the foundation of the partnership. Continuum and Jet Linx also plan to co-host aviation experiences at Jet Linx’s Opa-locka Executive Airport hangar in Miami.
