Continuum Company has officially launched Continuum 12000 Sport & Wellness Residences, a new waterfront residential development planned for North Miami at 12000 North Bayshore Drive. The project was introduced during an April 29 launch celebration hosted at the future site of The Mermaid Club™, where guests attended a champagne reception followed by a waterfront event featuring cocktails, music, water activations, and a drone show.

The development marks Continuum’s first wellness-focused residential concept in Miami and continues the company’s expansion beyond its well-known South Beach properties. Positioned along Biscayne Bay overlooking Indian Creek, the 20-story project will include 262 residences ranging from one- to three-bedroom homes to waterfront villas and penthouses. Residences are expected to start at $1.4 million, with construction scheduled to begin in 2027.

The centerpiece of the project will be The Mermaid Club, a waterfront amenity concept designed around direct access to Biscayne Bay. Plans call for approximately 150,000 square feet dedicated to wellness, recreation, and waterfront experiences, including floating pools, paddleboards, water toys, a marina with 20 slips, and waterfront leisure areas.

The project also places a strong focus on wellness-oriented residential design. Planned interiors will include private terraces, NSF-certified water filtration systems, and cedar saunas within select residences.

Additional amenities are expected to include a 4,200-square-foot fitness center equipped with Booty Builder® machines, indoor pickleball and multi-sport courts, golf simulators, putting greens, and a spa and longevity center featuring cold plunges, infrared saunas, and contrast therapy experiences.

Lifestyle and hospitality elements also play a central role in the development. Residents will have access to waterfront attendants, beach and yacht club memberships, organic food delivery services, and social spaces including lounges, dining areas, and sports viewing rooms.

Architecture for the project is being led by Kobi Karp, with interiors by Paul Duesing Partners and landscape design by Urban Robot. Sales are being handled in-house through Continuum Realty.

Renderings highlight expansive waterfront decks, marina access, resort-style pools, wellness spaces, and panoramic Biscayne Bay views designed to integrate outdoor living into the residential experience.

During the launch event, company executives including Bruce Eichner, Founder and Chairman of Continuum Company, and Phil Gutman, President of Continuum Realty, shared additional details about the project’s long-term vision and waterfront wellness focus.

The launch celebration also brought together guests and local real estate figures for an evening overlooking Biscayne Bay.
