Constellation Culinary Group Debuts a Fresh New Menu at Teatro Restaurant Located at the Adrienne Arsht Center
Teatro, the new restaurant at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County has officially announced its new spring menu. Helmed by Executive Chef Jose Danger and the team of experts at Constellation Culinary Group, Teatro’s new menu showcases brand-new additions to the pre-fixe and a la carte offerings as well as existing favorites. The restaurant located on the second floor of the Ziff Ballet Opera House is the ultimate dining destination for immersive pre-show meals and celebrations in an avant-garde and bold atmosphere.

Designed by Johanna Dilone, creative director of Miami’s prestigious Gilded Group Decor, the 2,500 sq. ft. dining room offers a provocative ambiance with a rich red color palette, a nod to the curtains on theater stages. Teatro creates an immersive vibe, enchanting theatergoers with pre-show dinners, craft cocktails and an expansive wine selection that can also be enjoyed from the restaurant’s 12-seat bar.

Just in time for the Spring, new dishes include appetizers such as the Steak Carpaccio, espresso-rubbed Angus steak, tomato sauce, preserved lemon vinaigrette, shaved radish, crispy capers and mustard greens; “Teatro” Cobb Salad, with gem lettuce, frisée, avocado, tomato, chopped egg, crispy bacon, blue cheese, pulled chicken and dijon vinaigrette; Kale & Brussels Caesar, with shaved kale and brussels sprouts, heirloom tomato, brown butter toasted panko, caesar vinaigrette and shaved pecorino; Shrimp Cocktail, white wine poached shrimp, shaved baby vegetable, cocktail sauce and lemon; and Tuna Tartare, with white miso dressing, pickled shallots and radish, nori crisp, micro herbs and blossoms. Plus, existing appetizers like Huevos Rotos, Smoked Salmon Dip and “Teatro” Cobb Salad.

For their entree, guests can now choose from Teatro Crispy Lasagna, with Italian sausage and Angus beef bolognese, smoked mozzarella bechamel, pecorino and spicy arrabbiata sauce; Spring Pea Risotto, with pecorino romano, pea puree, crispy nueske bacon, English peas, snow peas and garlic shrimp; Southern Brick Chicken, roasted chicken breast, roasted heirloom tomatoes, creamed roasted corn and cornbread and pork rind “dust”; Mushroom Bolognese Chiochiole Pasta, roasted mushroom bolognese, spicy arrabbiata sauce and pecorino; and a new take on the Pan Seared Salmon, with whole grain mustard beurre blanc, sauteed kale & quinoa, English peas, maple, Beldi olives and mustard greens. Existing entrees including Steak & Potato and Lamb Osso Buco are still available.

During brunch hours, guests can opt for Steak & Eggs, grilled teres major, fried egg and parmesan fries; Brioche French Toast, lemon custard and strawberry compote; Backstage Breakfast Burger, smashed burger, aged white cheddar, grilled onion, bacon, fried egg, toasted potato roll, parmesan herb fries and truffle aioli; and French Omelet, gruyere, crème fraiche, caviar, chives, tossed greens.

Sweeten the experience with new dessert options such as French Doughnut, warm housemade yeast donuts with vanilla sugar and dulce de leche; Strawberry Shortcake, cane sugar-crusted biscuit crumble with kaffir lime sugared strawberries, whipped sweet cream and dried strawberries; Double Chocolate Gelato with cocoa nibs and whipped sweet cream; and seasonal sorbet flavors, in addition to the existing Key Lime Meringue Tart.
New a la carte sides include Roasted Carrots ($9), heirloom carrots with orange and pomegranate glaze and toasted pistachios; and Roasted Brussels Sprouts ($9), with orange and pomegranate glaze, Aleppo pepper and roasted pistachios. Existing sides such as Pile High Fries ($12); Crispy Loaded Potatoes ($16); and Shrimp Scampi ($13) are still available.

At the bar, guests can indulge in a robust selection of wine, beers, sodas and juices, coffee and more. They can also Teatro’s signature cocktails, such as The Ovation ($20), with Bacardi Oak-Heart, lime, orange, egg white and cinnamon; Espresso Martini ($20), with Grey Goose Vodka, Bailey’s Irish Cream, fresh espresso, Casadores Cafe and sea salt; Paloma Morada ($20), with Patron reposado tequila, Velvet falernum, lime juice, Monin ruby red grapefruit syrup, fresh grapefruit juice and pea flower tea; Lemon Drop ($20), with Bombay Sapphire gin, Meletti Lemoncello, lemon juice and simple syrup; and The Cue ($20), with Dewars, Creme de Cassis, lemon and blackberries.

In addition to the signature librations on the menu, guests can sip on handcrafted cocktails inspired by the performances at the Adrienne Arsht Center. Highlights include:
Inspired by Hamilton (March 13-24), The Right Hand Man ($20), is made with Angel’s Envy, Grand Marnier, lemon, tobacco bitters and grenadine.
Inspired by the sultry and flirtatious song in Cabaret (March 14-April 7), Don’t Tell Mama ($20), is made with St. Germain and sparkling wine.
A nod to the enchanting Swan Lake (April 18-21) performance, The Odette ($20), is made with vodka, St. Germain, lemon and sparkling wine; and The Odette Zero Proof ($20), is made with Seedlip Garden, lemon and Sprite.
Immersed in Peter Pan’s (May 7-12) Neverland, the Mermaid’s Lagoon ($20), is made with Grey Goose, Midori, Kiwi Pure and lemon. Make it a mocktail with the Lost Boy ($15), made with Kiwi Pure and Sprite.
Inspired by Les Miserables (June 18-23), the vibrant Gin Miz ($20), is made with gin, creme de Violette and lime.
Teatro is open before select performances in the Ziff Ballet Opera House or Knight Concert Hall. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
