On Tuesday, May 5, 2026, the rooftop destination will host an all-day celebration featuring bold Mexican flavors, handcrafted cocktails, and panoramic views of the Brickell skyline.
The experience features an extensive à la carte menu highlighting traditional favorites and modern coastal bites. Guests can enjoy a dedicated guacamole bar, tuna tostadas, mini chicken quesadillas, and a variety of tacos including Baja-style crispy fish, al pastor, carne asada, and QuesaBirria. Every order includes refreshing Agua de Jamaica to complement the spicy and savory flavors. To enhance the fiesta, TULUM has partnered with Mijenta Tequila to offer a special menu of handcrafted specialty cocktails throughout the event.
