Families with young children are invited to a free outdoor children’s book reading and creative morning on Saturday, January 31, at The Society of the Four Arts in Palm Beach.

The event centers on a live reading of Tinkerbell and the Magic of Rushy Marsh Farm, a children’s book for ages 2 to 8 that introduces themes of courage, confidence, and believing in yourself through an equestrian story inspired by a real horse. The reading will begin at 10:40 a.m. in the Philip Hulitar Sculpture Garden.

Following the reading, children and caregivers can participate in themed arts and crafts, farm-inspired activities, and a meet-and-greet with a book signing. Copies of the book will be available for purchase. Light refreshments will be provided, and families are encouraged to bring picnic blankets for seating in the garden.

The program is designed to offer a calm, shared experience focused on storytelling, creativity, and early emotional development in an outdoor setting. Activities will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The event will be held at The Society of the Four Arts, located at 100 Four Arts Plaza in Palm Beach. Admission is free, but reservations are required by January 23. Space can be reserved by calling (561) 655-2776. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
