Fresh off its recent debut in Miami Beach, MIMI Chinese, the Michelin-recognized hotspot from Toronto, invites guests to indulge in a thoughtfully crafted menu that celebrates regional Chinese cuisine, alongside three exclusive, “off-the-menu” specials available only on January 29th.
Executive Chef Braden Chong, together with Culinary Director and Co-Founder David Schwartz, have curated three exclusive dishes, each thoughtfully crafted to honor the rich traditions of the Lunar New Year. Highlights include Pork and Chive Dumplings, a dish that symbolizes wealth and prosperity; Sichuan Green Chili Whole Steamed Fish, a whole fish representing abundance and good fortune; and Black Sesame Tang Yuan (Rice Balls), a sweet dessert embodying family togetherness and a cherished Lunar New Year tradition.
