Uchi Miami to Host "Hai for Her" Event in Honor of International Women’s Day on March 7 & 8

Updated: Mar 1, 2022

Hai for Her is a culinary celebration held in conjunction with International Women's Day that brings together female talent from Hai Hospitality’s family of restaurants across the country to support a worthy cause that offers opportunities for young women to grow, learn and thrive.

In early March of 2020, chefs from across Hai Hospitality's properties assembled at Uchiko for the inaugural Hai for Her dinner benefitting the Austin charity Girlstart. After a 2021 hiatus, Hai for Her returns in grand fashion at Uchi Miami for over two nights on March 7-8.

This year's event at Uchi Miami will bring together leading female chefs from Hai's brands — Uchi, Uchiba and Loro — to compose a 10-course omakase with pairings.

Host Chef de Cuisine Dina Butterfield and Sushi Chef Vicki Rodpai will welcome Hai Hospitality chefs from around the country, including: Uchi and Uchibā Dallas Chef de Cuisine, Rhonda McCullar; Uchi Restaurants Head Pastry Chef, Ariana Quant; and Loro Austin Bar Manager, Katie Arnold to collaborate and create a memorable two night ticketed event and celebration of women forging new paths.

Tickets are $225 each and can be reserved here. Limited seats available.

Proceeds from all ticket sales will benefit The Women’s Fund Miami-Dade which, for three decades, has been creating positive change for women and girls through advocacy, investment and collective impact. The Vision: A Miami-Dade where power and possibility are not limited by gender.
