This Father’s Day Weekend, skip the tie and treat Dad to something unforgettable—bourbon, beer, and BBQ with a rooftop twist. TULUM Rooftop Bar & Restaurant is serving up the Man Cave Special, a full-on Father’s Day experience happening Saturday, June 14 and Sunday, June 15 from 11AM to 5PM.
Crafted by Executive Chef Francisco Merizalde and Sous Chef Damian Hernandez, the $45 prix-fixe menu is a feast made for legends: tender Bourbon BBQ Ribs, creamy Guinness Mac & Cheese, classic Potato Salad, and a sweet finish of Bourbon & Vanilla Ice Cream.
But the celebration doesn’t stop at the plate. On Sunday, June 15th, enjoy a live cigar roller station from 1PM–4PM and relax with sweeping city views from TULUM’s rooftop terrace, all while vibing to a nostalgic ‘90s Alternative Rock playlist.
