Casa Tua Cucina, the beloved Italian market and dining concept from hospitality brand Casa Tua, officially opened its second Miami location on April 17, 2026, within Wynwood’s NoMad Residences. Spanning an impressive 18,500 square feet—comprising 13,500 square feet of indoor dining and a 5,000-square-foot outdoor terrace—the expansive venue accommodated up to 400 guests. Designed as a living, theatrical kitchen with no separation between the chefs and the tables, the immersive destination allowed diners to witness the culinary craft firsthand, seamlessly connecting the artisans, the cooking process, and the community.
Led by Chef Mirco Delle Donne and Alessandro Caporale, the Wynwood outpost featured 10 distinct open-kitchen stations. Guests explored diverse, made-to-order offerings, from daily handmade pasta, classic pizzas, and premium meats prepared on a wood-burning grill to sustainably sourced crudo and fresh artisan bread. The comprehensive culinary experience also included a vibrant vegetable and juice bar, house-made Italian desserts, an all-day caffè and gelato counter, a central gathering bar, and a curated gourmet mercato offering Casa Tua’s private-label products alongside specialty European imports.
Founded by Miky and Leticia Grendene, the brand’s philosophy of heartfelt hospitality and uncompromised quality at scale proved to be a remarkable success. The Wynwood launch followed the monumental popularity of Casa Tua Cucina’s Brickell City Centre location, which consistently welcomes over one million guests annually and ranks among the highest-grossing restaurants per square foot in the country. This intense customer demand positioned the brand for a robust national expansion, with future locations confirmed for Boston, Brooklyn, and a highly anticipated anchor spot at the $10 billion One Beverly Hills development in Los Angeles.
