Caroline Williams & Samantha Mozdzierz Promoted to Account Director Positions at Durée & Company

Durée Ross, president and founder of Durée & Company, a Fort Lauderdale and Aspen full-service public relations, marketing and special events firm; is pleased to announce that Caroline Williams and Samantha Mozdzierz have been promoted to account director positions. Both most recently served as account managers with the firm.

Williams joined Durée & Company in September 2015 as an account coordinator, and was quickly promoted to associate account executive, account executive, senior account executive, and account manager. She works with clients in various industries including real estate, legal, travel, restaurants and nonprofits. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Florida in Orlando with a bachelor’s degree in event management. A Fort Lauderdale resident, Williams is a proud member of the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale.


Mozdzierz became a part of the Durée & Company team in 2016 as an intern. She was soon promoted to account coordinator, account executive and then account manager with the firm. She currently works with clients in industries including cannabis and psychedelics, art and museums, restaurants and hospitality, retail and legal. Mozdzierz graduated from Florida State University in Tallahassee, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in marketing and real estate. She is currently a resident of Lake Worth, Florida.
