Carole Ann Taylor Joins The Betsy Hotel for New Fall Residency

The Betsy Hotel, a Michelin Key property and cultural landmark on Ocean Drive, is elevating its acclaimed live music program with a new fall residency by Carole Ann Taylor, Miami’s First Lady of Jazz. Following her debut performance on September 19, Taylor returns to The Piano Bar for select evenings alongside The Angel Perez Trio.
An Iconic Voice
Taylor worked with the likes of Duke Ellington and Lionel Hampton and is widely admired as Miami's “first lady of jazz.” Taylor is a dynamic agent for change, known as a founding member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women and Little Havana To Go Merchants Association. To honor Miami’s jazz history, she has also co-produced The Betsy’s Overture to Overtown Jazz Series, presented in partnership with the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, the City of Miami Beach, and LT Steak and Seafood and The Betsy Hotel.

The Piano Bar at The Betsy sets the stage for Taylor’s residency in an intimate atmosphere where Guests can enjoy cocktails, enjoy bites from LT Steak & Seafood and take in nightly performances by The Angel Perez Trio. On Saturday, October 18, Saturday, November 15 and Saturday, December 20, 2025., Taylor will headline from 8 to 11 p.m., offering an unforgettable evening of music, ambiance and timeless charm.
