Byblos Miami: Eastern Mediterranean Cuisine Serving Meze & Exotic Dishes
Following its Miami Beach debut in 2015, Byblos rapidly became one of Miami’s hottest dining destinations. The Toronto based Eastern Mediterranean concept is a landmark inside The Royal Palm, residing in two stories of the heritage Shorecrest Building.
Offering seating for 200, Byblos blends time-honored classic cooking techniques with modern methods to create inspired dishes. It’s no doubt that swanky Miami Beach favorite boasts an absolutely stunning interior, but nothing beats their newly renovated and expanded terrace dining oasis. Inspired by its colorful cuisine and aromatic palate, Byblos swears by an eclectic theme featuring soft velvet tones with pops of color, dimly lit by larger-than-life lanterns.
A wide variety of offerings are featured on the extensive menu ranging from lamb, duck, octopus, a daily selection of fresh fish, as well as many vegetarian options, and of course, the crowd favorite black truffle pide.
