TULUM Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, located on the 15th floor of W Miami in Brickell, is inviting guests to start the new year in style with a special "Grill & Chill" brunch menu. Available from Thursday, January 1, 2026, through Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM, this American grill-style brunch offers a creative and bold take on classic favorites.
The menu features a variety of savory options, including chimichurri-marinated steak & eggs, BBQ chicken & waffles, and smoked brisket hash. For those who prefer a lighter touch, there's a grilled veggie frittata, a grilled peach and burrata salad, or an acai bowl with grilled pineapple. Handhelds and toasts are also on offer, with breakfast sliders and a smoky, spicy twist on the classic Croque-Madame.
To keep the celebratory mood going, a live DJ will be spinning from 1 PM to 4 PM on all three dates, creating a high-energy backdrop for the dining experience.
