Braman Motors has unveiled its fully transformed BMW + MINI showroom in Miami, redefining the traditional car dealership as a lifestyle-focused destination. The renovation follows BMW’s global RETAIL.NEXT design framework, emphasizing immersive design, digital integration, and sustainability.

“This transformation is about reimagining how we connect with our clients,” said Alex Shack, COO at Braman Automotive. “Every detail—from the layout to the materials—was designed to support a seamless, elevated customer experience.”



The upgraded showroom integrates BMW and MINI under one cohesive space while maintaining distinct brand identities. Key zones include:
Concierge Reception with open sightlines and highlight vehicle displays
Sales Lounges featuring soft seating and digital tools
M Car Display dedicated to BMW’s high-performance lineup
Refreshment Bar with barista-style coffee and lifestyle products
New Vehicle Delivery areas with a private, lounge-style setup


Architecturally, the space uses continuous ceiling and floor treatments, warm neutral tones, and modular furnishings to promote flow and flexibility. Behind the scenes, back-of-house areas have also been optimized for efficiency.
Sustainability was a core focus in the redesign, incorporating features like energy-efficient lighting, cool roofing, rainwater systems, and low-consumption water fixtures. The space aligns with BMW’s global environmental targets.
Braman BMW + MINI has been a fixture in South Florida’s luxury auto scene for nearly five decades. With this new chapter, the brand aims to set a higher standard for automotive retail in Miami and beyond.
