Bossa House Miami Beach Opens in Mid-Beach January 2027
Bossa House Miami Beach will open in January 2027 as Florida’s first IHG Vignette Collection property. Located at 3900 Collins Ave. in a restored 1939 Art Deco landmark, the 97-room boutique hotel blends Brazilian cultural influences with Mid-Beach's energetic atmosphere.

The property was developed by CL Hotels and operates under the Brazilian principles of saudade, simpatia, and gentileza to create a welcoming, culturally immersive retreat.
Accommodations and Amenities
The hotel features a tropical outdoor pool, a 2,000-square-foot open-air Hidden Garden furnished by Tidelli, and dedicated beach service offering complimentary chairs and umbrellas. Guest rooms provide wood floors, Salvatore Ferragamo bath amenities, Nespresso makers, and exclusive Rio de Janeiro photography by co-owner Clemente Beda. A daily Bossa Ritual will also offer guests freshly baked pão de queijo accompanied by bossa nova music.
Dining Experiences
Culinary programming centers around Ginga Restaurant, an all-day dining concept serving a mix of Brazilian and Mediterranean dishes such as churrasco and kebabs. Next door, the Ginga Caipi Bar focuses on variations of Brazil’s signature caipirinha crafted with cachaça, vodka, and sake. The bar menu also features shareable bites including coxinha, hummus, and falafel.
