Bored Cuban Launches Calabaza SZN Fall Menu in Miami Through November 5, 2026
Miami coffee concept Bored Cuban has introduced its Calabaza SZN fall menu, built around cookie butter and pumpkin spice drinks and pastries available for a limited time across its locations.
The new lineup is led by the Shaken Biscafecito, a shaken Cuban coffee with Biscoff cookie butter and cookie crumble, described as the first cookie butter drink of the season in Miami and now on the menu at Bored Cuban. The concept comes from operator Eric Castellanos, who is also behind Latin Cafe 2000 and has focused on reimagining traditional ventanita offerings.
Bored Cuban Unveils Calabaza SZN Lineup
Alongside the Shaken Biscafecito, Bored Cuban’s fall menu features an Apple Pie Pop-Tart, built on the same flaky pastelito base as its guava and cheese Cuban Pop-Tart that has been a fan favorite since 2024.
Other additions include a Biscoff Cro-Donut, a croissant-style pastry with a donut center finished with pumpkin spice sugar, cookie butter drizzle and cookie crumble, and the Whipped Calabaza, which tops pumpkin spiced milk and ice with Cuban coffee whip.
The Calabaza SZN menu is available now through Thursday, November 5, 2026, while supplies last, at all Bored Cuban locations for dine in, takeout and delivery apps. Miami-area sites include Brickell at 1053 Brickell Plaza in Miami, South Miami at 5812 Sunset Drive in South Miami and Le Jeune near Miami Freedom Park at 831 NW 42nd Ave. in Miami.
Latin Cafe 2000 Runs Parallel Calabaza Calabaza Menu
Sister brand Latin Cafe 2000 is offering its own fall program, Calabaza Calabaza, named after the Cuban sendoff phrase “cada uno pa' su casa.” The menu brings back Pumpkin Spice Cafe con Leche, Pumpkin Spice Batido and Pumpkin Spice Arroz con Leche.

Miami-area addresses include Brickell at 1053 Brickell Plaza in Miami, Hialeah at 1192 W. 49th St. in Hialeah and Le Jeune at 875 NW 42nd Ave. in Miami.
