MG Developer announced that its Biltmore Row project has received top honors in the Residential Category at the 13th Annual Addison Mizner Awards, hosted by the Florida Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art (ICAA). Located at 718 Valencia Avenue in Coral Gables, Biltmore Row was designed by De la Guardia Victoria Architects & Urbanists. The three-story townhomes draw from Spanish Colonial architectural traditions while incorporating modern design elements, including smooth stucco finishes, cast aluminum balustrades, and brown clay barrel roof tiles.
The project features coral stone entryways, wood columns, copper lanterns, and lush landscaping to establish a refined yet timeless aesthetic. These elements aim to blend historical design with contemporary sophistication.
“We’re truly honored to be recognized by the ICAA and the Addison Mizner Awards,” said Alirio Torrealba, CEO of MG Developer. “This recognition reflects the passion and care our entire team puts into every project.”
Named after architect Addison Mizner, the awards highlight projects that embody classical design principles and craftsmanship. The ceremony gathered professionals from across Florida and the Southeast dedicated to advancing these traditions in modern developments.
