Bill Hansen Catering & Event Production Partners and Chef Aaron Dreilinger Launch Mitzvahs & More



Bill Hansen Catering & Event Production announced a partnership with Chef Aaron Dreilinger, a local gourmet caterer who specializes in Kosher cuisine and Jewish events, to create a new division: Mitzvahs & More. This collaboration combines Bill Hansen’s 41 years of experience as an upscale caterer in South Florida with Chef Aaron Dreilinger’s specialized experience in hosting Mitzvahs for the local Jewish community. Mitzvahs & More has already been added to the preferred vendor list for Temple Beth Am, a long-standing synagogue in Pinecrest.


Hansen and Dreilinger will work in tandem to provide high-quality service and luxury catering for the Jewish events market in South Florida, including weddings, Mitzvahs, charity galas, and other social affairs. Bill Hansen Catering’s professional experience, exceptional level of service, well-grounded infrastructure, and beautiful event design combined Chef Aaron Dreilinger’s prestigious kosher-style menus will bring the best of both worlds to Mitzvahs & More.

For over a decade, Chef Aaron Dreilinger has provided luxury catering solutions for Mitzvahs throughout South Florida as the former executive chef and co-owner of off-premise catering company Chef David Cuisine & Event Design. After the company’s closure in 2019, Chef Dreilinger sought out a partnership that would bring his creative visions to life and launching Mitzvahs & More with such an established brand as Bill Hansen provided that ideal platform.

Chef Aaron Dreilinger is co-founder and Director of Operations and Culinary Development of Munch Virtual Kitchen Group. Established in 2020, Chef Aaron oversees the planning and mechanics of culinary operations, development of strategic culinary brand partnerships, and covers a range of creative oversight and concept creation. His unique and creative vision is well matched by his varied experience in food service management, kitchen design, culinary administration, and brand development.

Aaron’s strong background in food service ranges from well-known Miami fine-dining restaurants, to special event and off-premise catering, to major cruise-lines and international supply chain management. Chef Aaron’s career began in Miami’s fine-dining scene for 10 years, eventually turning towards catering in Miami’s affluent events market. Aaron was also brought in by Royal Caribbean International, and subsequently Celebrity Cruises, for new concept design, menu development, and ultimately a position as their Corporate Executive Chef and Test Kitchen operator.

As an entrepreneur, Chef Aaron’s career includes co-ownership of Miami-based aggrotech startup Hammock Greens, a thriving hydroponic, hyperlocal farming operation that specializes in restaurant partnerships and chef-driven products. In business and in his culinary creations, Aaron strives to combine function with art, defining the fine line between creativity and profitability.
