Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions announced that the reserve has been met and bidding is now open at $7 million for a tri-level penthouse in Miami's Brickell Flatiron building. Originally listed for $14.9 million in cooperation with Jonathan Garcia and Elena C. Bluntzer of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, the auction will conclude live on February 28.

The live auction takes place during ModaMiami at The Biltmore Hotel Miami in Coral Gables. Returning for its second year, the event is held in partnership with RM Sotheby's and features real estate alongside collectible automobiles. Following the live event, online bidding will continue throughout March.
The penthouse sits at the top of the Brickell Flatiron tower, offering 200-degree views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay. A private elevator provides access to the residence, which includes over 2,700 square feet of wraparound terraces spanning all three levels. The open-plan layout features floor-to-ceiling impact glass and a private rooftop space complete with a pool and an entertainment terrace.

Completed in 2020, the Brickell Flatiron building provides residents with a fitness center, pool, spa, clubhouse, and business center. The penthouse unit includes five assigned parking spaces, valet service, 24-hour security, and secured elevator access.

Chad Roffers, CEO and Co-Founder of Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions, noted that the property aligns well with ModaMiami’s focus on luxury real estate and automobiles. Jonathan Garcia added that the auction platform allows global buyers to experience the design and scale of the residence.

As part of Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions' Key For Key giving program in partnership with Giveback Homes, the closing of this property will result in funding toward new homes built for families in need.
