As branded luxury developments continue to rise across Miami, one upcoming project is attracting particularly strong attention, largely due to the name behind it.
The highly anticipated luxury condominium Casa Bella Miami marks B&B Italia’s first-ever residential development and is set to offer an expertly curated living experience that only a brand of its caliber can deliver.
In this article, we will take a closer look at the design vision and residential offering behind B&B Italia’s debut in Miami’s luxury real estate market.

Casa Bella Miami: Development Snapshot
The Casa Bella Miami condo is located at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard in the Arts & Entertainment District of Downtown Miami. It is being brought to life by two of the city’s most established real estate development firms, Related Group and Alta Developers.
Having reached its full structural height in 2025, the building is now progressing through its final stages of construction, and it is expected to be completed this summer.
The Blueprint Behind the Residences
Envisioned by the creative minds of the award-winning architecture firm, Arquitectonica, Casa Bella is a visually striking contemporary tower that rises 57 stories above the Arts & Entertainment District.
Adopting a more elegant and slender vertical composition, the tower is intentionally designed to stand out from its surrounding.
With its sleek lines, curved, flowing balconies, and glass façade, Casa Bella creates a subtle rippling effect that reflects the waters of the nearby Biscayne Bay and serves as a nod to the refined design heritage of the iconic Italian brand it represents.
As for its residential program, the Casa Bella condominium will house a total of 306 units, including one- to four-bedroom condos, ranging from around 700 to nearly 5,900 sq. ft., and a collection of 24 even more spacious penthouses.
To maximize on the panoramic views that Casa Bella is positioned to capture, all residences in the condominium will feature an open-concept layout and include 10 ft. high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass doors, and expansive private terraces.
Speaking of layouts and floor plans, it is worth noting that there will be no more than seven units per floor in the entire building, while two full floors will be dedicated to the vast array of amenities and shared lifestyle spaces that the condo has to offer to its residents.
Refinement, Down to the Last Detail
In order to successfully translate B&B Italia’s refined design philosophy into a residential setting, Casa Bella’s interiors were designed by the luxury furniture house’s very own Artistic Director, Piero Lissoni. Thanks to his expertise and B&B Italia’s signature furnishings, the tower reflects the Italian lifestyle associated with the brand throughout its living areas.
All residences in Casa Bella feature Italian designer kitchens, outfitted with ITALKRAFT cabinetry and premium finishes and countertops, carefully selected by Lissoni himself.
Furthermore, the kitchens are fully equipped with a full set of high-quality black glass Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, including paneled refrigerators and freezers, silent dishwashers, built-in convection ovens, and European-designed sink fixtures.
The same attention to detail and material selection is also carried into the master bathrooms, which are finished with imported porcelain flooring and walls and custom Italian cabinetry.
To further enhance the level of opulence and maintain the luxury design language, every bathroom in Casa Bella features premium elements such as vanity backlit mirrors, spacious spa tubs, frameless glass-enclosed showers, and Italian-designed faucets.
Overall, these carefully curated interiors and material selections come together to create a refined living environment that only a brand with the design heritage and creative authority of B&B Italia can truly bring to life.
A Full-Service Residential Experience
As previously mentioned, Casa Bella by B&B Italia will offer its residents a wide range of resort-style amenities, refined shared living spaces, and hospitality services that are on par with those of a five-star hotel.
At the very top of the tower will be the Sky Pool Terrace Observatory, which will feature a private rooftop retreat and a state-of-the-art telescope to allow residents to enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean and Miami skyline.
Another highlight is the 12th-floor pool deck, designed by world-renowned landscape architect Enzo Enea, which will feature Italian-inspired gardens, private cabanas, and a 78-lap pool.
In addition, residents will also have access to a selection of wellness and lifestyle-focused facilities, including a 360 wellness center, private dining options, a poolside Mediterranean café, a world-class spa, a private yoga room, a cinema, a wine room, and more.
Despite not featuring a hotel component, Casa Bella will provide its residents with hotel-like services and offerings, including concierge, housekeeping, grocery shopping and delivery, butler and valet services, dry cleaning and laundry, nanny and childcare, pet care, IT support, and others.
Final Words
After taking a closer look at the project, it is easy to see why the Casa Bella development has generated such strong interest. With a clearly defined creative direction and the backing of a highly experienced team, it is hard to expect anything less than the widely recognized standard of Italian luxury excellence at its very best.
