Best Lunch In Brickell: ADRIFT Mare Launches New Midday Menu


Get ready to trade the cubicle for Biscayne Bay views.


ADRIFT Mare, the Mediterranean-inspired restaurant by Michelin-starred Chef David Myers on the 25th floor of Hotel AKA Brickell, is rolling out two new offerings designed for the Brickell work crowd and after-hours scene: weekday lunch service beginning November 20 and an expanded happy hour available Monday through Friday.


Offered weekdays from noon to 3 p.m., the new lunch menu brings ADRIFT Mare’s signature dishes into the daytime, meeting the moment with an offering that hits the sweet spot between price, product and ambiance. Compared to other neighborhood options, the menu is designed to stand out for office crowds looking to grab a midday deal.


The $28 set lunch menu includes a choice of starter and entrée, ideal for professionals looking for a well-paced, high-quality meal without overcommitting their afternoon. Also on the menu is the restaurant’s beloved Mare Steak & Frites ($38) now available for lunch. A 10 oz prime wagyu cut, it's paired with lemon and herb butter inspired by the cafés of Paris, elevating a bistro classic with premium ingredients.


The full menu includes a range of salads, small bites and sandwiches, like the Falafel & Kale Bowl ($20), Arugula Pesto Rigatoni ($20) and Chicken Club ($22) with smoked maple bacon. Two signature lunch cocktails—the classic Negroni and the MARE 50/50 Martini, made with pear eau-de-vie and house vermouth—round out the mid-day escape.



As the sun sets, the restaurant shifts into evening mode with a newly revamped happy hour program that pairs sweeping views of Biscayne Bay with accessible pricing and seasonal flavors. Available Monday through Friday from 5-8 p.m., the happy hour menu features:


  • $10 craft cocktails including the seasonal Garden Sour, made with rosemary and fig-infused whiskey, aquafaba and lemon.

  • $8 beers and wines by the glass for $10, or $50 per bottle.

  • Bar snacks priced at $5 or $10, including the signature Mezze Plate with mortadella, eggplant spread and aged cheese, Grilled Prawns with lobster oil and garlic aioli and Crispy Calamari with lemon aioli.
