Bentley Residences Miami Reaches Major Milestone With Record-Breaking Foundation Pour

Dezer Development has completed a milestone in the construction of Bentley Residences Miami, finishing the mat foundation pour for what will become the world’s first Bentley-branded residential tower. The project, located at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, achieved one of the largest residential concrete pours ever completed in the United States.

The operation took place over 36 continuous hours, using 2,100 truckloads and 20,000 cubic yards of concrete, along with 2,400 tons of reinforcing steel. Ten concrete pumps were required to support the effort, executed in partnership with Coastal Construction. With the foundation now set, the tower is cleared to rise to its full planned height of 716 feet, positioning it among the tallest oceanfront buildings in the country.

Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motors, the development will include 216 residences shaped by the automotive brand’s design language. Diamond-pattern detailing, precision-engineered finishes, and craftsmanship associated with Bentley’s identity will appear throughout the building’s architecture and interiors.

As construction continues toward a projected 2028 completion, the tower’s amenities and features reflect an emphasis on privacy, engineering innovation, and high-end residential design. Homes will span between 5,256 and 6,333 square feet and include private heated pools, outdoor kitchens, and expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Each residence will be accessed via the Dezervator, a patented automobile elevator that brings residents and their vehicles directly to private sky garages.

Interior elements include Gaggenau appliances, Italian cabinetry, spa-style primary bathrooms with private saunas, behind-mirror televisions, and open-air showers in select units. Bentley’s signature chrome accents and textured detailing carry into the residential finishes.

The building’s amenity program will offer more than 20,000 square feet of shared spaces, including a private restaurant led by chef Todd English, a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, cinema, spa, beauty salon, and fitness center. Outdoor features include a landscaped beach club and a pool deck with cabanas. Through Bentley’s partnership with Luxury Living Group, residents will also have access to custom furnishing concepts inspired by the brand’s automotive design.
