Bentley Residences Miami Progresses Beyond Seventh Floor Following Landmark Foundation Pour

Vertical construction is progressing rapidly at Bentley Residences Miami, the world's first and only residential tower branded by Bentley Motors. Located at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, the 62-story development has reached the seventh floor, with structural assembly advancing at a rate of approximately one floor every five to six working days. The 716-foot tower is on track for completion and delivery in 2028, positioning it among the tallest oceanfront residential buildings in the United States.
This vertical milestone follows a massive foundation pour led by Coastal Construction. The execution set a record for the largest residential construction pour in Florida and stands as the second-largest foundation pour in national history. This structural achievement established the groundwork necessary for the ascent of the $5.8 million-and-up luxury condominium tower.

Developed by Dezer Development in collaboration with Bentley Motors and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, the project features 216 residences tailored toward automotive enthusiasts. The building incorporates the patented "Dezervator" car elevator, which transports residents and their vehicles directly into private, glass-ensconced sky garages attached to each unit. Kitchens feature state-of-the-art Miele appliances and Italian cabinetry with clear views into the three- to four-car in-home garages, while primary bathrooms include spa-style finishes, soaking tubs, and private saunas.
Amenities within the 62-story tower span 20,000 square feet of resort-style spaces, highlighted by Proper English by Todd English. The concept represents the first residents-only restaurant by the four-time James Beard Award-winning celebrity chef, offering oceanfront dining, in-residence catering, private events, and cooking demonstrations. Additional features include a five-star pet spa, a whiskey bar, a cigar lounge, a cinema, a spa, an oceanfront beauty salon, a fitness center, and a landscaped beach club with full cabana service. Custom furnishing concepts for the project are being curated by Bentley Home in partnership with Luxury Living Group.
