Bay Harbor Islands hosts its annual Bay Harbor Islands Arts Festival over the MLK Holiday Weekend, taking place Saturday, January 18, and Sunday, January 19, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Taking place in Bay Harbor Islands — about a 20–30 minute drive from Downtown Miami — The free, two-day event transforms Kane Concourse and the surrounding walkable downtown district into an open-air showcase of art, music, and community.

Now in its fourth year, the festival brings together more than 60 local and regional artists, featuring works across painting, sculpture, photography, ceramics, digital art, mixed media, jewelry, fiber arts, glass, metalwork, and woodwork. The outdoor setting allows visitors to engage directly with artists while exploring a broad range of creative styles and mediums.

Live performances run throughout the weekend, highlighting young musicians from Young Musicians Unite, an organization focused on providing free music education and performance opportunities across South Florida. The lineup spans classic rock, modern rock, pop, and disco, with performances by groups including Avalanche, Not Yet Published, Miami Beach Rock Ensemble, Undercover, and additional local acts.

The festival also includes live art activations, interactive experiences, and a dedicated children’s area offering games and family-friendly activities. A curated selection of craft food and beverages is available on-site, adding to the festival’s community-focused atmosphere.

The Bay Harbor Islands Arts Festival is free and open to the public, with pets welcome. Additional details, including artist information and event updates, are available on the official Bay Harbor Islands Arts Festival website.
