Baptist Health Once Again Recognized as One of the Top 10 Healthcare Brands in the Nation

Baptist Health South Florida is once again recognized as being among the top ten healthcare brands in the U.S., according to a recent report derived by brand experience agency Monigle. Baptist Health ranked number 6 on the annual list of healthcare organizations from across the country and was the highest-ranking Florida-based organization on the list.

Now in its sixth edition, the comprehensive study, titled “Humanizing Brand Experience,” examines how healthcare systems around the country are working to elevate patient experience and meet the growing needs of the communities they serve. Drawing on in-depth research from more than 25,000 consumers, the report ranks over 200 brands across 64 markets to identify the strongest healthcare experiences in the nation.

“Baptist Health has a long-standing reputation for high-quality healthcare across South Florida – from the Florida Keys to Palm Beach County – and we are proud to be the go-to healthcare system for our community,” said Christine Kotler, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for Baptist Health. “Our entire organization is driven by a commitment to providing a welcoming culture and prioritizing the well-being of others, and we look forward to continue building upon this level of trust with our patients.”

The recognition comes on the heels of Baptist Health being named one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in America by Fortune for the 23rd time, and one of “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity” in 2023 by Newsweek.
