Bagatelle is expanding its global footprint with a new Miami River location opening in November 2025, introducing a hybrid culinary and nightlife concept that reflects the brand’s shift toward immersive hospitality. Bagatelle Miami River blends elevated Mediterranean dining with the high-energy atmosphere that has defined the brand’s presence in destinations including Saint-Tropez, Mykonos, and Dubai.

Positioned along the Miami River, the venue is part of a collaboration between Mandala Group and The Dirty Rabbit Group, reinforcing the area’s growing profile as a waterfront dining district. The indoor-outdoor space overlooks the river and Miami skyline, integrating views directly into the dining experience.

The concept merges Bagatelle’s “House” and “Beach Club” environments into a single destination. The House setting draws on the aesthetic of a refined private residence, while the Beach Club incorporates Riviera-inspired details and a relaxed coastal tone. The venue is designed to transition easily from daytime dining into late-night celebrations.

Chef Rocco Seminara, the brand’s Corporate Executive Chef, oversees the culinary direction, drawing on his experience with Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon. Executive Chef Marco Antonio Estrada Gallardo leads the Miami River kitchen, introducing a menu centered on French Mediterranean techniques with Latin influences. Seafood, raw bar selections, and shared dishes anchor the offerings, including stuffed potato with seasonal truffle, wild mushrooms, and vongole in saffron marinière. Pastry Chef Manon Santini contributes desserts shaped by classical French training and seasonal ingredients.

The venue spans three floors, including lounge areas, a 25-seat bar, waterfront seating, private dining spaces, and cabanas. The design, created by House of Kirschner and French designer Sam Baron, incorporates Riviera-inspired details, neon elements, and artwork by Lynda Deleurence. The rooftop is expected to become a speakeasy in a later phase. Music programming will feature international artists, aligning the venue with Miami’s nightlife culture.
