Bae Korean Grill, located within the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, is celebrating Mother’s Day weekend with an elevated dining experience featuring exclusive chef-driven specials. The upscale restaurant utilizes state-of-the-art Shinpo grill tables, allowing families to gather for an immersive barbecue celebration built around connection and high-quality ingredients.

Mother’s Day Exclusive Specials

The special menu is available throughout the full weekend, offering families multiple opportunities to celebrate. Featured dishes include:

  • Korean Braised Short Ribs ($65): A shareable, hearty dish featuring slow-braised beef with daikon, potatoes, and carrots in a savory soy-garlic reduction.

  • Pan-Seared Cured Halibut ($40): A refined balance of umami and brightness, served with ramps kosho, Fresno kosho, nitsuke sauce, and pickled ramp stems.

Award-Winning Culinary Excellence

The holiday celebration follows Bae Korean Grill’s recent success at the 2026 Capital One Orange Bowl Food & Wine Celebration. For the third consecutive year, the restaurant earned the People’s Choice Award for Best Bite, a guest-voted honor that highlights its popularity within the South Florida community.

Executive Chef Xavier’s winning dish, the Rock Shrimp Roll, reimagines the classic New England lobster roll with Asian influences. The two-bite experience features:

  • Brioche toast infused with garlic and clarified butter.

  • Rock shrimp spicy salad with sriracha aioli and pickled vegetables.

  • White sturgeon caviar and a salt-cured, dehydrated lobster roe powder.

Additionally, the restaurant showcased Wagyu Tacos, which utilize crispy gyoza shells filled with smoky Wagyu picanha cooked over Japanese charcoal and finished with a Korean BBQ glaze.

Experience and Hospitality

Managed by BOL Hospitality Group (BHG), Bae Korean Grill combines premium barbecue with a high-energy atmosphere. On Friday and Saturday nights, local DJs provide a live soundtrack to the dining room. The BAE Bar complements the kitchen's bold flavors with a curated selection of handcrafted cocktails, wines, and spirits.

Founded in 2013 by Eric Douglas and Hai Nguyen, BHG's portfolio includes several concepts at the Seminole Hard Rock, including The BŌL and Davidoff of Geneva Cigar Lounge. The group is also preparing for the Q4 2026 opening of Zhō, a new pan-Asian restaurant at Dania Pointe.
