Aventura Swimwear, a new luxury swimwear label founded by Croatian designer Erik Leutar, will make its official runway debut with the launch of its Signature Collection at PARAISO Miami Swim Week on Saturday, June 1st at 6:00 PM.
Marking the brand’s global introduction, the debut at PARAISO, a show that is widely considered the leading swimwear platform in the fashion industry will position Aventura Swimwear as a standout name in eco-luxury fashion.
“This isn’t just a collection... it’s our foundation,” says founder Erik Leutar. “The Signature Collection is designed to represent everything Aventura stands for: bold silhouettes, elegant details, and an uncompromising commitment to sustainability.”
About the Signature Collection
Aventura’s debut line blends elevated design with responsible production. Each piece is handcrafted in small batches in a women-powered atelier on Italy’s Amalfi Coast using premium Italian Lycra made with Econyl®, a regenerated nylon derived from ocean waste.
The collection was inspired by Erik's lifelong connection to the ocean, shaped by his background in marine science and years spent working at sea. “This brand was born from the sea and this collection brings that inspiration to life,” says Erik.
In addition to sustainable materials, Aventura implements eco-conscious practices across every step of the business from ethical manufacturing to biodegradable packaging and carbon-friendly shipping with DHL Green.
A PARAISO Runway Premiere
Chosen through PARAISO’s selective application process, Aventura Swimwear’s runway presentation will bring the brand’s values to life in motion.
“The runway is about more than showing swimwear... it’s about expressing confidence, movement, and meaning,” Erik adds. “This show is our first opportunity to share that story with the world.”
Availability
The Signature Collection will be available exclusively through the brand’s official website, allowing Aventura to maintain full control of the customer experience, storytelling, and quality assurance. Retail partnerships may be explored in the future with aligned luxury and ethical retailers.
